Responsibilities

  • Answer 5-10+ daily inbound calls using a structured questionnaire
  • Complete digital intake forms with high accuracy
  • Transfer qualified leads to the attorney
  • Perform document collection and appointment scheduling
  • Conduct follow-up coordination with potential and current clients
  • Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking clients

Requirements

  • English fluency required
  • Spanish proficiency is a MUST
  • Prior intake, call center, or customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with digital forms, Zoom, and basic office software
  • Professional and empathetic phone manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior legal or bankruptcy knowledge
  • Experience in medical billing or administrative support
