The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading all activities related to personnel management and the development of the company’s human capital.

He ensures that HR policies are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, while guaranteeing legal compliance, organizational efficiency, and the well-being of employees.

Main responsibilities

Recruitment and Staff Management

  • Define and implement the recruitment strategy.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process: job posting, interviews, selection, onboarding.
  • Collaborate with managers to anticipate staffing needs and plan workforce levels.
  • Performance management
