Auxis is seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst to support day-to-day HR operations in Bogotá, Colombia. This role involves managing employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, proficient in Microsoft Office, and has a strong analytical mindset.

The HR Analyst will work closely with HR Generalists and leadership to enhance the employee experience and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
