Helpdesk Specialist – Bilingual (French/English)Location: Hybrid

Language Requirement: MUST be fully bilingual in French and EnglishAbout the Role:Altis Technology is seeking a Bilingual Helpdesk Specialist for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first to third-level technical support (hardware, software, client computing)

  • Troubleshoot via phone, Teams, email, and in person

  • Support Windows 11 upgrades and associated software updates (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, OpenText eDocs)

  • Maintain ticket documentation 

  • Deliver user coaching and contribute to IT support documentation

  • Collaborate with broader IT teams on solution delivery
