Language Requirement: MUST be fully bilingual in French and EnglishAbout the Role:Altis Technology is seeking a Bilingual Helpdesk Specialist for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government clients. Key Responsibilities:
Provide first to third-level technical support (hardware, software, client computing)
Troubleshoot via phone, Teams, email, and in person
Support Windows 11 upgrades and associated software updates (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, OpenText eDocs)
Maintain ticket documentation
Deliver user coaching and contribute to IT support documentation
Collaborate with broader IT teams on solution delivery
