Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer ServiceRepresentative ($22/hr)

Thisposition offers the option to work hybrid after a 3-week training period, withmandatory in-office presence on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. As a BilingualCustomer Service Representative, you will connect community members to healthand human service resources based on their needs and location. This role isperfect for individuals with call center and phone-based customer serviceexperience who are passionate about supporting underrepresented populations.The most critical need is for bilingual call takers who speak both English andSpanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess caller needs and eligibility for health and humanservice resources
  • Enter accurate and complete information in multiple onlineplatforms/systems
