Alpega Group in Barcelona is seeking a Debt Mediation Specialist fluent in Polish and Spanish to join the Customer Service Organization (Carriers). The role is based in St. Cugat del Vallès with a hybrid work model.

You will handle payment mediations, monitor cases with reports, and collaborate with the mediation supervisor and the service team to ensure timely and accurate resolutions, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
