Bilingual Dealer Support Representative
We’re hiring!
This role will support dealers by handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing product and administrative support via phone and email—helping ensure smooth day-to-day B2B operations.
What you’ll do:
Process and review dealer orders accurately and on time
Support dealer inquiries related to shipments, pricing, inventory, and transactions
Manage product certificate redemptions and dealer credits
Assist with parts lookups and data entry
Navigate B2B systems and complete additional dealer-related tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
2+ years of customer service experience
High school diploma required
