Cosmo is an
online education technology company offering 1-on-1 virtual classes
to students around the world. We are seeking a
Bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese) Customer Support Specialist
to assist parents (students) and teachers.

Work Hours

  • Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM (Beijing Time)
  • 1-hour daily meal break
  • 40 hours per week
  • Schedule may shift based on U.S. daylight savings time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive, professional customer support to parents, students, and teachers.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails.
  • Handle real-time support tickets during ongoing classes.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to prospective teachers.

*The company will provide training on how to use internal systems and platforms, as well as SoP and communication templates for consistent and high-quality responses.
