Eaton in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to enter orders, coordinate transport, and support customers and market channels with pricing and equipment identification.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in customer service, fluent English and Spanish, and experience with SalesForce. You will collaborate with Operations and Sales to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing while pursuing continuous process improvements.
