Cosmo is an online education technology company offering 1-on-1 virtual classes to students around the world. We are seeking a Bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese) Customer Support Specialist to assist parents (students) and teachers.

Work Hours

  • 1-hour daily meal break
  • 40 hours per week
  • Schedule may shift based on U.S. daylight savings time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive, professional customer support to parents, students, and teachers.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to prospective teachers.

The company will provide training on how to use internal systems and platforms, as well as SoP and communication templates for consistent and high-quality responses.
