Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an initial 7 months contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is hybrid, 2 days per week in office in Ottawa.
Responsibilities Include:Addressing client phone and email inquiries promptly and efficiently Applying problem-solving skills and discretion to meet customer needs Supporting center operations by following goals, policies, and procedures Identifying sales opportunities and fostering teamwork through positive engagement
