The Shifts
Overnight: Mon–Fri | 12 AM – 6 AM EST
Weekends: Sat–Sun | 9 AM – 7 PM EST
What You'll Do
Solve Problems: Handle incoming phone, chat, and email requests regarding software and account issues.
Tech Guidance: Help truck drivers and fleet managers navigate web and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
Take Ownership: Manage help tickets from start to finish using systems like Zendesk or HubSpot.
Keep it Simple: Turn technical headaches into easy solutions for our customers.
What You Need
Languages: 100% Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience: 1–3 years in a fast-paced contact center.
Tech Skills: Proficiency with macOS and mobile apps.
