JOB VACANCY: BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (E-HAILING)

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Industry: E-Hailing (SG / MY Market)

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
• Incentive + Allowance: Up to RM1,000
• EPF, SOCSO & statutory benefits provided

Working Details:

• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Working Hours: Rotational shifts

Job Scope:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls from e-hailing users (SG / MY)
• Respond to customer enquiries via calls, chat & email
• Assist with booking issues, driver/rider concerns & app support
• Record and update cases accurately in the system
• Deliver professional, polite & timely customer service

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with Sejarah Credit/SKM LEVEL 3/UEC AND IGCSE
• Diploma / Degree holders OR Fresh Graduates are welcome
