Position Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you will ensure that proper care is taken at every touch point of the customer experience. You will resolve routine customer inquiries while providing efficient service through timely responses to in‑person, telephone, and mail requests. A successful candidate will be able to address the needs of customers and properly channel inquiries; guaranteeing we put our customers first and that every account matters. This role requires fluency in French and English.

Work Schedule

This is a 12‑month contract position.

  • Training Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
  • Regular Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:30AM - 6:00PM

Pay

$20-22 per hour
