Bilingual Communications Lead (FR/ENG) (Ottawa)

SUMMARY
The Communications Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Tenant Relationship and Communications program. The position requires a strategic approach and integration with facility management, project delivery, and other workstreams involved in the delivery of services within the buildings. Program development requires a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate and the role of tenants within buildings. Operational expertise and strong communication skills are essential to develop communication strategies at a national, regional, or building level. The role supports numerous programs and priorities to ensure tenant satisfaction. Relationship development and management are key to this position. Expertise with various communication mechanisms within the built environment is a requirement.
