Collections Agent
Compensation: $48,000–$52,000 annually
Location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Availability required between 9:00am–9:00pm, with occasional Saturday (once per month)
Start: ASAP
Type: Temporary assignment (6 months)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities
•Manage ongoing relationships with a dedicated group of customer accounts
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communications
• Support customers with account updates and mid-term changes
