Contact Point 360 is hiring Bilingual Backoffice Agents to support international home solutions companies. No experience required, with 100% paid training from day one. Location is Bogotá with an indefinite-term contract and a fixed schedule of 42 hours per week.

Base salary is COP 2,500,000 with monthly performance bonuses of COP 200,000 and a hiring bonus of COP 1,000,000. This on-site/hybrid role offers social benefits and growth opportunities in a diverse workplace.
