Bilingual AIMS Platform Training Specialist -

Role Summary:

Lumenix is seeking a Bilingual Training Specialist to support the successful implementation of its AIMS Platform at the Montreal General Hospital by delivering engaging training, education, and support to a diverse range of hospital staff—including frontline and non-clinical teams, patients and families, and hospital administrators.

This role focuses on enabling staff to confidently and effectively use AIMS within a live clinical environment. It is a clinical enablement role that bridges cutting‑edge technology with the care teams who rely on it. The Specialist will help staff understand not only how AIMS works, but also why it matters for patient and staff safety, clinical workflows, and day‑to‑day practice. Training will be provided; no technical background is required.
