We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and serve as a key point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish.


Key Responsibilities

+ Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support

+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish

+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

+ Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents

+ Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems

+ Assist with data entry and record management

+ Support office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating vendor services

+ Translate and interpret communications as needed
