Bilingual Account Executive — EN/Dutch, Madrid Training, Hybrid

CB Talents is hiring for a sales role located in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of commercial experience in BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting. Proficiency in native or bilingual English and fluent Dutch is necessary. This position will involve making around 80-100 calls daily in a full sales-cycle role.

Candidates must reside in Spain and be available to align with the US schedule. Once targets are met, there is a hybrid work option. Training will be conducted fully on-site during the initial month, with subsequent monthly on-site visits.
