Role Summary:

The purpose of this role is to optimize, maintain, and provide support for Big Data applications.

The ideal candidate should be adaptable to evolving open-source technologies and possess strong

knowledge of cloud services and DevOps tools. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end

technical support (L1, L2, L3) for customers, along with implementing enhancements and resolving

issues.
