The BI / ETL Developer will:
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Provide advice and education in the usage and interpretation of business data relevant to the business unit Communicate data nuances and insights to all levels of the company in a clear and concise manner Instill best practices and assists users at all levels within the company on how to leverage BI capabilities for accurate reporting and analysis Leverage knowledge of Business Intelligence capabilities and familiarity with business trends in identifying patterns, opportunities and threats Work closely with business partners in gathering detailed business requirements, establishing business definitions, translating to technical requirements for development team and gaining approval Interact with senior management or executive level customer...
