Description
+ Lead end-to-end proposal development activities from Pursue/No-Pursue (PnP) through contract award for all D&S opportunities within the region.
+ Collaborate with capture teams to develop high-quality, compliant proposal deliverables, including executive summaries, commercial, past performance, technical, and management volumes.
+ Coordinate, execute, manage, and deliver competitive proposals aligned with defined winning themes.
+ Identify and articulate organizational discriminators that increase the probability of win.
+ Review solicitation documents (e.g., RFPs, RFIs) to understand requirements and translate customer needs into proposal strategies and content.
+ Define proposal strategies that address customer requirements in a cost-effective manner while leveraging core technologies and existing products.
