Bid Specialist / Bid Manager Position

We are looking for a Bid Specialist or Bid Manager to strengthen our commercial team in Hämeenlinna. In this role you will work in a central position on large and often complex bid packages and support business success in an international environment.

Your main responsibility is to coordinate bid projects from start to finish. As a “mini-project manager” you ensure that extensive bid documents progress in a controlled, timely, and high‑quality manner.

You assemble the package: manage bid request documentation, create the bid structure, and coordinate the work of various experts. You ensure clear responsibilities, scheduled progress, and a coherent, convincing final output.

You also review bid material content, ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance with customer requirements.
