Bid Specialist

Bigpat Development is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Bidding Specialist to manage and oversee the company’s bidding processes for government and private construction projects.

If you have strong documentation skills, understand procurement procedures, and can confidently represent the company during pre-bid meetings — we’d like to meet you.

• Monitor and identify bidding opportunities (rivate)
• Prepare and compile complete bidding requirements (technical & financial documents)
• Attend pre-bid conferences and site inspections
• Coordinate with engineering, accounting, and legal teams
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and submission deadlines
• Track bid results and post-qualification requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
