Responsibilities:

  • Market & bench building
  • Build and continuously expand TriArc’s qualified trade partner database by trade, geography, capacity, and performance.
  • Run ongoing prequalification (financials, safety, workload, bonding) in coordination with Accounting.
  • Bid strategy & scheduling
  • Publish the rolling Bid Calendar; align milestones with Estimators/PMs and owners/architects.
  • Break down drawings/specs into clear trade packages; assign scope sheets and alternates.
  • ITB execution
  • Prepare Invitation to Bid packages (drawings, specs, addenda, bid forms, alternates, due dates, delivery method).
  • Post to BuildingConnected; segment targeted lists; personalize top-tier outreach.
