Cpl are working with a growing Irish organisation to recruit a Proposal Writer to join their Bid Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong writer who enjoys creating compelling content and working closely with stakeholders across the business to support successful tender and proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit and proofread high-quality tender responses, proposals and supporting business documents.
  • Develop engaging and persuasive content tailored to client requirements.
  • Support the sales team with presentations, sales materials and upcoming opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the bid library, ensuring content remains accurate and relevant.
  • Coordinate information from multiple departments to produce successful submissions.
