Job Description

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience as a Bid, Proposal, or Tender Coordinator specifically working on Australian or New Zealand construction projects.
  • Project Portfolio: Proven track record handling commercial fitouts, refurbishments, and modern workplace transformations.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard document design and coordination tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite/InDesign, MS Office Suite, and tender management platforms).
  • Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with ANZ procurement processes, local building market dynamics, and regional construction standards.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the confidence to interview internal project managers and collaborate directly with Australian stakeholders to extract technical details.
