Bid Manager (Zurich, Vienna or Remote)

• End-to-End Bid Management: You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of public tenders. This includes everything from market screening and bid/no-bid evaluations to the final proposal submission and presentation.

• Proposal Creation: You own the process structure, and edit high-quality proposal documents

• Project Coordination: You manage interdisciplinary bid teams and work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, Legal, and Management teams.

• Quality & Deadline Control: You ensure strict compliance with all formal, commercial, and legal requirements of public procurement and guarantee that all deadlines are met.

• Knowledge Management: You continuously build and maintain a structured library of standard responses, reference projects, and text modules.
