The successful candidate will manage bid processes across North American Retirement and Benefit Solutions (RBS) in an efficient and repeatable manner—in conjunction with PSO Fundamentals—allowing the Sales and Customer Success team to work better, faster, and more effectively. The objective is to enable the Sales and Customer Success team to focus where they need to, when they need to, in order to increase the number of client/prospect growth engagements/opportunities we can successfully manage at one time.
