• Develop Winning Bid Strategies: Define clear win themes, value propositions, and client-focused messaging that align with evaluation criteria and market expectations.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Bring together technical, commercial, and leadership stakeholders to produce cohesive, high-impact bid submissions.
