  • You will be responsible for tender management for the Public Sector Services division
  • You will analyze, prioritize, and process incoming tenders, primarily from the public sector
  • You will analyze the market with regard to trends and new business development opportunities and regularly check databases for company-relevant tenders
  • You prepare the documents for the bid/no-bid decision
  • You coordinate the next steps and bring together teams from the relevant departments
  • You are responsible for the tendering process, monitor the preparation of the offer and ensure the quality of processing and timely submission
  • You will support the Account Manager in cost estimation, presentation and negotiation
  • You will support internal quality management in optimizing processes (this also includes creating, maintaining and developing quotation and service sheet templates)
