Bid Manager

The Bid Manager is responsible for leading and managing Unified Microsystems' bid, tender, proposal, and presales function, serving as the single point of accountability for all RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and client proposals.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where the successful candidate is expected to lead the pre‑sales function while remaining actively involved in the delivery of strategic, high‑value, complex, or business‑critical opportunities. The Bid Manager will work closely with Sales, Projects, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to deliver high‑quality, commercially competitive proposals while protecting company profitability and continuously improving bid quality, governance, and win rates.
