A specialist FM bid team is looking for a Bid Manager who's tenacious, proactive, and confident owning complex bids from qualification to submission. This is a fully remote role within a modernising bid function that values autonomy, balance, and high quality delivery.

The role

Lead end to end FM bids – typically multi million pound opportunities across public and private sectors. Manage timelines, coordinate SMEs, shape solutions, review and refine content, and ensure every submission is compelling, compliant, and commercially sound. Expect 3–4 bids at different stages, supported by experienced bid writers and a collaborative, improvement focused leadership team.
