Overview

We are strengthening our growing organization with a new role of Bid Management Manager, seeking an experienced professional to lead and develop bid estimation in infrastructure construction. This role combines practical bid estimation, close collaboration with project teams, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in bid estimation for demanding contracts.
• Develop bid processes, tools, and operational models.
• Lead the preparation of quality and operational plans during the bidding phase.
• Ensure effective utilization of modeling (BIM, data models) in estimation.
• Collaborate closely with construction sites, procurement, and design teams.
• Support the bid organization in skills development.
