About the role
Pontoon is seeking a dynamic, multi‑talented, and highly organized Bid Coordinator to join our established, high‑performing global bid team.
What you'll be doing
Track and monitor knowledge base and/or bid libraries and maintain an up-to-date bid pipeline/tracker.
Do shadowing with other bid managers for future potential career growth
Coordination with different teams and/or SMEs to request for content refresh or updates.
Research for new industry trends and share insights with the team
Coordinate and send out requests for information/data gathering for ongoing and past bids (e.g., resumes, project information, certifications, forms, supporting
documents).
Take ownership of the bid library and make sure that contents are up-to-date.
Support the bid team in project initiatives and keep track of individual projects
Make sure that there is continuous traction of all bid-related initiatives and/or
projects.
