ABOUT THE ROLE

In addition, you will also be responsible for the following:

• Employment Sector Policy Analysis & Communication - Monitor national and state employment services policy changes, brief the GM Strategy and Partnerships on implications for EPlus, and align internal stakeholders on required actions.
• Research & Policy Development - Research employment policy issues and produce evidence-based papers and submissions that inform TSA service design, advocacy, and policy positions on employment.
• Bid Coordination (Grants & Tenders) -I dentify and assess funding opportunities aligned with EPlus strategy and risk appetite, leading small–medium grant and tender bids (up to $500k) and providing analytical and writing support for larger national tenders.
