We are looking for a BI Manager / Senior BI Analyst to lead and further structure the Business Intelligence function. This role combines hands-on analytical work with ownership of BI processes, KPI frameworks, and cross-functional data alignment. You will act as a strategic data partner to leadership, ensuring that key business decisions, across pricing, occupancy, expansion, and operational efficiency, are supported by reliable, structured insights.
The objective is not only to produce dashboards, but to shape how data is defined, governed, and used across the organization.
