• Maintain and enhance Looker dashboards powered by Snowflake data.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to join and transform data across Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and product sources.
• Ensure accurate merging of customer, revenue, and product usage data.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing Zapier automations across systems.
• Validate data integrity across reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests with reliable, well-QC'd outputs.
• Document reporting logic, data definitions, and automations (SOPs, Loom).
• Partner cross-functionally to support reporting needs (under clear direction).
