Global Logistics Company with a footprint in all major SA centres has an opening in their Durban office. This is an in-house role.

Duties & Responsibilities Develop in-depth understanding of the Business, understand and document business needs and system requirements, focusing on identifying and understanding the Business Intelligence (“BI”) requirements of the company, developing solutions and dashboards to meet these requirements. Identify ways of presenting and analysing data to improve customer and user experience as well as identify ways to improve operational excellence.
