BI Analyst – Business Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboards and reports: build and evolve BI dashboards with a focus on usability, visual clarity and performance, both in Looker Studio and in the internal tool.
• Business KPIs: define, track and evolve metrics such as CPC, campaigns, payments, performance per negotiator and dialer metrics.
• Analysis and insights: cross-reference information, identify patterns and anomalies, and translate data into concrete recommendations for operations.
• Report auditing: review existing dashboards, identify inconsistencies and ensure that what leadership sees is reliable.
• Collaboration with the technical team: clearly communicate internal tool evolution needs to developers and data engineering.
• Business communication: present results clearly and didactically to non‑technical teams, turning numbers into decisions.
