BI Administrator (IT@JH Univ Data Analytics & Engineering) - #Staff

IT@JH Univ Data Analytics & Engineering is seeking a **_BI Administrator_** who will provide hands-on technical leadership for the administration, operational reliability, and governance support of Johns Hopkins’ enterprise BI platforms, including Tableau Cloud, Power BI, and emerging Microsoft Fabric. The position is responsible for day-to-day platform operations such as configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, gateway and bridge coordination, Tier 2/3 support, and vendor escalation, while also partnering closely with M365, security, infrastructure, and governance stakeholders to implement standards for access, compliance, documentation, and audit/logging readiness.
