Job Description

End to end Partner onboarding as per the internal guidelines

  • Coordination with internal control groups like Legal, Compliance and product for onboarding the partner

    • Sourcing incremental Business through partnerships

  • BTL activities with Partner for their customer base for driving ABFL digital product adoption
  • Execute client acquisition activities like prospecting, lead generation, client engagement, need articulation, solution fitment and relationship maintenance

    • Business Growth Targets & Portfolio Control 

  • Deliver targets for number of sourcing programs, number of customers acquired through sourcing streams, number of partners identified for digital lending & VAS
  • Ensuring incremental lending book at optimized cost
  • Scan the market, competitive offerings and potential clients on a periodic basis; report on emerging trends and business opportunities
