Position Summary:
This position is responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to department policies, procedures and steps of service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
+ Responsible for the handling of payment in cash outlets, per established check tendering procedures
+ Clears glassware, ashtrays and debris in assigned pit area
+ Consistently applies knowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines
