BESS Sales Engineer

Role: Pre-Sales / Solution Engineering / Battery Energy Storage

Job Summary Seeking a mid-level BESS Sales Engineer with strong experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Solar-plus-Storage, and power electronics. Responsible for system sizing, technical proposals, customer engagement, and supporting techno-commercial sales cycles.

• Perform BESS sizing, energy modeling, load analysis, and application design.

• Prepare technical proposals, SLDs, layouts, BoMs, and system architecture.

• Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and customer meetings.

• Support RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, including techno-commercial documentation.

• Coordinate with engineering, EPC, procurement, and project teams for solution validation.

• Evaluate grid-integration requirements, safety standards, and compliance.
