Construction Manager – BESS
Kungrad, Uzbekistan (Extremely Remote Area)
We are recruiting 3 × Construction Managers – BESS for a flagship 1.5 GW Wind Power Project with 300 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
This is a site-based EPC delivery role, employed directly by the end client. Post-project, you will be redeployed to active projects in across MENA & APAC.

Wind Capacity: 1.5 GW
BESS: ~300 MW / 300 MWh
Delivery Model: Full EPC
Location: Kungrad, Uzbekistan
Role Conditions
Single status
Full-time. Client payroll
100% site-based
6 days per week.
Long-term EPC career path
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end construction delivery of utility-scale BESS works
Manage civil, electrical, PCS, inverter, and HV/MV interface activities
Coordinate EPC contractors, OEMs, and commissioning teams
Own construction sequencing, progress, quality, and HSE compliance
Drive testing, commissioning, and final handover
