Description
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and provide exceptional support during sensitive and often challenging situations. This position is responsible for working deceased account cases, communicating with customers and family members, gathering required documentation, conducting account follow-up, and maintaining accurate account records.

+ Manage and maintain a personal portfolio of approximately 50–60 customer accounts

+ Contact customers and/or family members to gather required documentation related to deceased accounts

+ Conduct regular follow-up communications to ensure timely account resolution

+ Maintain detailed account notes and individual activity logs

+ Handle approximately 10–12 accounts per day, updating records and documenting all customer interactions
