Job Description

We are presently recruiting for a BER Assessor for our clients in County Kerry. Working on various projects, you will be required to inspects buildings, collects data, and uses SEAI-approved software to calculate energy performance. You will provide advisory reports, recommend efficiency improvements, ensure compliance with regulations, and communicate findings clearly to homeowners. This is a permanent, Full – time position based in County Kerry.

Job Specification

  • Conduct Building Energy Rating (BER) assessments in line with SEAI standards and building regulations.

  • Carry out detailed on-site surveys of residential and commercial properties.

  • Collect, verify, and input data into approved BER software tools.

  • Analyse construction details, insulation, heating, ventilation, and renewable systems.
