We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits & Training Specialist to lead the administration of the Company's employee benefits programs while supporting the coordination and administration of employee training initiatives. This role serves as the primary point of contact for benefits-related matters and plays a critical role in ensuring employees receive exceptional support throughout their benefits experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong benefits administration experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
