Job Description

As the Global Benefits Lead at Husky, you will be responsible for leading the design, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the company’s global benefits programs. This role will influence global benefits strategy, support competitive and cost-effective plan design, and partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programs remain compliant, sustainable, and aligned with business and employee needs.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capability, deep benefits expertise, and the ability to translate data, market practice, and business requirements into practical recommendations and effective program delivery.
